For sale: VW 412 LE Variant. This is a US model. The 412 was re-imported from Ohio to the Netherlands in 2004. It was there for 10 years, then driven for 1 year after a thorough inspection. I acquired it in 2015 and carried out some work from 2015 to 2016, during which the 412 was also repainted in its original color, Maya Metallic. Since 2016, it has been back on the road, mostly in nice weather. Photos of the completed work are available. A valuation report is present.

Converted to manual transmission in 2020 due to the original automatic transmission being defective

I am selling parts as shown in the pictures or carefully stripped and painted with Motip Heat Resistant Paint, gray, 800 degrees Celsius, and baked at 200 degrees Celsius, as required.


The price per muffler, untreated, is €250. Newly painted, with photo documentation of the individual processing steps, €350 each. The mufflers have a center outlet and are therefore very rare.


I also have an outlet elbow, €70, painted.


I am selling both heat exchangers together for €450 unpainted, €550 painted. Already sold.

VW 411 L automatic

Built in December 1968, only 71,900 km


The VW spent 47 years in Spain. There's a long Spanish magazine article about this exact vehicle.


I bought the 411 five years ago from Behling, VW Classic - Center Sottrum. It received new tires and a tow bar for bicycle transport.

The VW is cavity-sealed and still largely in original condition!


Very good technical condition; the brakes and electrical system were recently serviced, and the engine was overhauled.


A report on the condition of the car is available (€18,500).

The car is very comfortable and easy to drive.

I bought a VW 411 this summer (what a great model series). Unfortunately, my plans have changed a bit and I now have to sell it again.


Briefly about the car, it is a 411 from November 1968, it has 4 doors and a crank roof. The engine was completely overhauled about 3500 KM ago. The body has a few dents and blemishes. Nevertheless, the car is characterized by its very well-preserved interior.


I would be happy if it went into good hands.


I am aware that the car is not in a grade 2 condition but still has good substance.


I would like €9,300 but would be open to negotiations.
